The role will involve:

You’ll remove the logistics burden from clients, fostering long-term relationships and aligning our solutions with their business goals.  Work closely with clients and our wider team to deliver efficient and effective logistics solutions. Highlighting to clients the importance of logistics in reducing costs, improving customer service, and navigating global regulations and compliance. Be the dedicated logistics expert that drives business success for our clients.

  • Customer Account management.
  • Coordinating Export & Import bookings across all modes of transport.
  • Working with internal teams offering Sea / Air / Road / Warehousing solutions.
  • Consolidating information across teams to relay to our customers.
  • Creating Commercial documents / Packing Lists / Certificates of Origins / Insurance certificates
  • Arranging quotations & costing exercises for clients.
  • Collating paperwork & ensuring the departments have the relevant details to complete a job.
  • Working with the team in creating operating procedures.
  • Shipment tracking, feeding information to our customers.
  • Dealing with our core clients & building and maintaining customer relations.
  • Customer reviews.
  • Working with shipping contracts, arranging Letter of credits etc.
  • Continuous improvement across all areas

You will need to have:

  • Numeracy and computer literacy.
  • Working with Letters of Credit, Issuing Consular documents – training available.
  • A good understanding of Incoterms.
